Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

This position is available at our Smyrna, GA location.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor patients’ progress and ensure treatment plans are being followed
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout their recovery
  • Assist patients in improving their quality of life by identifying practical solutions
  • Help injured individuals regain motor skills with the goal of returning to work
  • Support patients with disabilities in building independence
  • Document patient progress and update records for the Occupational Therapist
  • Maintain a clean and organized office, treatment room, and equipment
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and support plans

 

Requirements:

  • Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license – Required
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience – Preferred
  • Modality Certification –  Preferred
  • Ability to commute or relocate to Smyrna, GA
