COVID-19 Updates – Atlanta Hand Specialist

Dear Patients,

First and foremost, we at Atlanta Hand Specialist hope you and your family are staying healthy through this difficult time. The safety of our patients, staff, and our doctors is our primary concern.

In an effort to ensure your safety, we have chosen to take a more comprehensive approach with a phased reopening of our offices.

  • Our physicians and staff will be adhering to the safety precautions outlined by the CDC. Some of the safety enhancements include:
  • All physicians and staff, as well as patients, must wear a mask or cloth face covering.
  • We will be taking the temperature of everyone who comes to our facilities and won’t admit anyone with a fever.
  • Patients will be encouraged to wait in their cars until their physician is ready for them and to check in.
  • We will be limiting the number of people who may accompany patients to their visits to one additional person.
  • Patients who are over 80 years old or who are immunocompromised should not come to the office unless instructed to come in by the physician.

As always, our mission is to provide the highest level of care in a safe environment and we remain committed to that mission. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
